Who I am

Holly Stuart is a trading name of HLS Digital Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 16186232. Registered office: 18 Henry Baxter Drive, Coventry, CV7 8QT.

HLS Digital Ltd is the controller of your personal data, and is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), registration number ZC013534.

What I collect

• Your first name and email address, when you fill in the form for the AI Induction guide.
• Whether you ticked the box to get my emails.
• If you comment on one of my Instagram posts or message me there, your Instagram username and what you send, so I can reply and send you the link.
• Whether my emails to you were delivered, opened or clicked.

Why I use it

• To send you the guide you asked for. You asked for it, so I use your name and email address to send it. The legal basis is legitimate interests.
• To send you my emails on using AI in a small business, only if you ticked the box. The legal basis is your consent, and you can take it back any time.
• To reply to your Instagram comments and messages. The legal basis is legitimate interests.

I don't sell your data, and I don't use it for anything else.

Who else sees it

Only the companies that help me run this:

• HighLevel (LeadConnector), which hosts these pages, the form, my contact list and my emails.
• Meta, which runs Instagram, for comments and messages sent there.

Both are based in the US, so your data may be stored or processed outside the UK.

How long I keep it

• If you only asked for the guide, I delete your details within 12 months.
• If you signed up for my emails, I keep your details until you unsubscribe. After that I keep your email address on a do-not-email list, so I don't email you again by mistake.

Your rights

You can ask me for a copy of your data, ask me to correct it or delete it, object to how I use it, or ask me to stop using it. If you ticked the box, you can unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of any email I send.

If you're not happy with how I've handled your data, please tell me first. You also have the right to complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
